Un panel de expertos en transporte rural para el desarrollo relacionados con el Foro Internacional de Transporte Rural y Desarrollo (IFRTD) revisó todos los ensayos recibidos para la primera ronda del Premio Voces Jóvenes Colin Relf y seleccionó a los ganadores del primer, segundo y tercer puesto.

El IFRTD se complace en anunciar a los ganadores del premio Colin Relf:
