Moving the IFRTD Strategy Forward - An exciting consultancy opportunity

With the assistance of one of our core supporters, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), the International Forum for Rural Transport and Development (IFRTD) would like to carry out a capacity assessment study examining goal fulfilment, planning, administration, resources etc. in order to determine the quality of the development cooperation programmes run by IFRTD. In an effort to maximise resources and efforts IFRTD would like to execute the capacity assessment study in light of its new strategy ensuring both quality control as well as sound planning, administration, and resources to fulfil both Sida's strict quality requirements as well as operationalising IFRTD's new strategy 2007-2011.
